摘要
目的为有效对钢筋腐蚀程度进行监测,提出一种关于实时监测钢筋腐蚀的新方法.方法在钢管封装的光纤光栅应变传感器的基础上,将封装好的光纤光栅应变传感器表面涂抹一定量的锈转化涂料,采用通电加速锈蚀的方法加速钢筋腐蚀,对其进行试验.结果钢筋腐蚀后,铁锈与涂料反应生成的具有一定厚度的混合物质对传感器产生一定大小的挤压力,使其反射波长产生变化,进而判断出钢筋的锈蚀程度;同时,生成的混合物质会牢固附着在传感器表面,对传感器起到保护作用,使其在监测后期成为耐腐蚀光纤光栅传感器.结论使用该种方法制成的传感器可用于钢筋腐蚀的早期监测,在后期成为耐腐蚀传感器后,有效地提高了光纤光栅传感器在腐蚀环境下的使用寿命和存活率.
Reinforcement corrosion in reinforced concrete structures in engineering applications has been in existence for a long time. Section gradually decreased fill snap after corrosion then cause structural failure. In order to monitor their degree of corrosion, a new method of real-time monitoring reinforcement corrosion has been put forward through the experiment. Basing on steel pipe packaged FBG strain sensor, this method is laying a certain amount of rust conversion coating on the surface of packaged FBG strain sensor. Current flow method has been used in this test to accelerate the corrosion of reinforcement. After reinforcement cor- rosion, rust react with the coating to form a mixed substance with certain thickness, by reason of the sensor and reinforcement are in fight contact, the substance will produce press a certain size force to the sensor, making the reflected wavelength changed, then we can figure out the extent of reinforcement corrosion indi- rectly. Meanwhile, the mixture will attach to the surface of sensor, and prevent it from corrosion. Then make it to be corrosion resistant sensor. This method can be applied to early reinforcement corrosion monitoring. It also effectively improve the life and survival of fiber Bragg grating sensors in corrosive environments.
