摘要
本文从金融市场、ＭＭ理论和相关经济理论等三个对现代公司财务产生重大影响的角度对现代西方财务研究作了简单介绍，以期对我国财务研究有所启示。
This paper briefly introduces three important west financial researches of financial market, MM theory and relative economic theory, which have important impact on modern company's financial affairs. The author thinks these researches may have enlightenment for financial research of our country.
