摘要
目的探讨提高手术室环节管理质量在预防手术切口感染中的临床意义,为临床预防手术切口感染提供指导和参考。方法选取2010年11月-2011年10月收治的204例外科实施手术患者为研究对象,针对患者的相关临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患者是否采用了提高手术室环节管理质量措施为依据分成对照组和观察组,每组102例。结果伤口愈合对照组甲级54例、乙级37例、丙级11例,观察组甲级71例、乙级27例、丙级4例,观察组患者的伤口愈合优于对照组患者的伤口愈合;感染率观察组为3.92%、对照组为11.76%;总满意度观察组为99.02%、对照组为87.25%,其组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在预防手术切口感染的临床实践过程中,提高手术室环节管理质量具有重要的意义,可有效降低手术切口感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE To further explore the clinical significance of improving the link management quality of the operating rooms in the prevention of surgical incision infections so as to guide the clinical prevention of surgical incision infections. METHODS A total of 204 cases of patients who received surgery from Nov 2010 to Oct 2011 were enrolled in the study, then the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed, the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the status of improvement of link management quality of operating rooms, with 102 cases in each group. RESULTS There were 54 cases with grade A wound healing, 37 cases with grade B wound healing, and 11 cases with grade C wound healing in the control group; there were 71 cases with grade A wound healing, 27 cases with grade B wound healing, and 4 cases with grade C wound healing in the observation group, the wound healing of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The infection rate was 3.92% in the observation group, 11.76% in the control group; the overall satisfaction was 99. 02% in the observation group, 87. 25% in the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION It is of great significance to improve the link management quality of operating room during the clinical practice of prevention of surgical incision infections so as to effectively reduce the incidence of surgical incision infections.
