摘要
目的探讨不同预处理方法对妇科器械清洗效果的影响,以确保妇科器械的清洗质量。方法对妇科使用后的器械900件,随机分为A、B、C组,每组各300件;A组用自来水直接冲掉器械上可见污物后直接清洗,B组采用多酶清洗剂浸泡后清洗,C组将泡沫保湿剂直接喷洒到器械上保湿处理后清洗,采用目测、放大镜下检测及ATP监测设备进行检测。结果目测法、放大镜下检测、ATP设备检测合格率A组分别为84.3%、78.3%、67.3%;B组分别为98.7%、97.7%、97.0%;C组分别为99.3%、98.0%、96.7%,3组预处理方法的妇科器械清洗后检测均有不合格现象,其中放大镜下检测阳性率高于目测法,ATP设备检测阳性率最高;B、C组与A组比较清洗质量均明显提高,经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而B组与C组之间比较,差异无统计学意义。结论对于未及时清洗的妇科器械采用多酶浸泡及泡沫保湿剂保湿均能很好的提高器械的清洗质量,达到较好清洗效果。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of different pretreatment methods on cleaning of gynecological instruments so as to ensure the cleaning quality. METHODS Totally 900 used gynecological instruments were randomly divided into the group A, B, and C, with 300 pieces in each the group A was flushed with tap water to directly remove visible pollutants, the group B was immersed fully in the multi-enzyme detergent before cleaning, and the group C was sprayed by foam humectant for moisturizing treatment before cleaning, finally, the cleaning effects were observed through the visual observation, magnifier inspection, and ATP monitoring. RESULTS The qualified rates of disinfection through the visual observation, magnifier inspection, and ATP monitoring were respectively 84.3~, 78. 3G, and 67. 3G in the group A, 8. 70//00, 97. 7~, and 97. 0% in the group B, and 99.3%, 98.0%, and 96.7% in the group C. There were unqualified cleaning effects in all the tree groups, the positive rate of the magnifier inspection was higher than that of the visual observation, and the positive rate of the ATP monitoring was the highest; the cleaning quality of the group B or C has been significantly improved as compared with group A, the chi-squovre test showed that the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), however, as compared with the group B and C, the difference was not significant. CONCLUSION The pretreatment methods of both multi-enzyme soaking and foam humectant moisturizing can significantly improve the cleaning quality of the gynecological instruments and achieve good cleaning effects.
