摘要 目的了解住院患者医院感染基本情况,为提高医院感染管理提供依据。方法按现患率调查要求,采用床旁调查与个案调查相结合,对2012年5月29日0∶00-24∶00所有住院患者进行现患率调查,由专职人员将调查数据采用手工统计和计算机统计汇总、分析。结果全院应查患者916例,实查903例,实查率98.58%,发生感染37例,医院感染现患率为4.09%;感染部位以下呼吸道为主,占48.65%;抗菌药物使用率为32.37%;感染病原菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为主占41.38%。结论应不断加强各科医师医院感染诊断水平,严格控制抗菌药物的使用,提高标本送检率,有效预防和控制医院感染。 OBJECTIVE To understand the basic situation of the nosocomial infection rate in the hospital so as to provide scientific basis for improvement of nosocomial infection management. METHODS According to the requirements of prevalcnce rate investigation, the data were collected through bed-side examination combined with individual case investigation for all inpatients from 0 . 00 to 24 : 00 on May 29, 2012. All the findings were pooled and analyzed statistically though manual and computerized procedures by designed personnel. RESULTS Totally 916 patients were supposed to be investigated and 903 cases were actually investigated with the actual investigation rate of 98. 58%, nosocomial infections occurred in 37 patients with the prevalence rate of 4. 09%. Lower respiratory infection was the most common, accounting for 48.65 %. The main pathogen was Staphylococcus aur reas, accounting for 41. 38%. The use rate of antibiotic agents was 32. 37%. CONCLUSION Several measures should be taken, including enhancing physicians' ability to diagnose nosocomial infections, strictly controlling use of antibiotics and increasing the submission rate of speimens so as to effectively prevent and control nosocomial infections.
