摘要
针对目前高校资产清查中反映出来的产权意识不强、资产管理机构分散、管理体制不健全、资产管理手段落后、绩效评价机制不到位等主要问题,从管理理念、监管体系、管理制度、信息平台建设、绩效评价机制等方面提出高校资产管理的对策。强调通过强化管理意识、改变多头管理、明确清查制度、推进信息化建设以及建立绩效评价机制等措施,提升高校国有资产管理水平,实现高校的可持续发展。
The assets inventory is a basic work of universities＇ assets management, which can reflect the truth of state-owned assets in colleges and universities having the overall level of asset management. It is necessary to recognize the assets inventory＇s significance of the implementation of sophisticated management and budget management. In view of the current assets inventory problems, the management awareness must be strengthened, the bull management should be changed, the inventory system should be cleared, the informatization construction and the establishment of performance evaluation mechanism and other measures should be promoted, and the level of state-owned assets management of colleges and universities should be improved to achieve the sustainable development of the colleges and universities.
