摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+0.2%醋酸水溶液为流动相,使用Kromasil C18不锈钢柱、紫外检测器,在254 nm波长下对1-异丙基-3-叔丁基硫脲进行分离和定量分析。结果表明:分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.078,变异系数为0.08%,平均回收率为99.86%。
A qualitative and quantitative analysis method for 1-isopropyl-3-tertbutyl thiourea was established by HPLC using a Kromasil C18 column and UV detector at 254 nm, methanol and acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 8, the standard deviation was 0.078, the variation coefficient was 0.08%, and the average recovery was 99.86%.
