文章阐述了素质教育的概念 ,外语教学中实施素质教育的现实意义 ,英语素质教育中“四会”能力的培养和对学生的德育教育等。
This essay deals with the concept of quality education ,the actual meaning of carrying out the quality education in English teaching ,the cultivating of listening ,speaking ,reading and writing ability and virtue education etc.
