摘要
在计划资金约束的条件下,电网建设项目的投资决策除了考虑投资方案的投资以及运营成本的经济效益最大化外,还应考虑决策方案对社会的影响,以此建立相应的数学模型,然后采用遗传算法对建立的模型进行求解,最后简述其方法在实例中的应用。
Based on the constraint of plan funds, the investment decision-making in power grid construction project should consider investment program and the maximization of economic benefit in operating costs, but also should consider social impact of decision-making plan. The corresponding mathematical model was established. Then using genetic algorithm, the mathematical model was solved. Finally, the application of the method in a real case was introduced.
