近十年来国外企业薪酬管理学术研究状况述评 被引量:2

摘要 在经济发展模式转变的背景下,中国薪酬理论和实践正发生着变化,需要不断地借鉴国外最新学术研究成果。通过剖析国外著名管理学学术期刊的59篇论文发现,国外学术界近十年来不但关注更广泛的薪酬议题,使用更多的理论基础,而且更加注重研究的规范性和数据来源的多元化,但国外企业薪酬管理学术研究在研究对象、研究方法等方面还存在着偏重和不足。认真检视和思考国外研究状况,对于国内学术的发展具有重要的意义。
