摘要
针对石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统GGH在运行中堵塞造成脱硫系统投运率低的情况,对堵塞的原因进行了全面分析,分析认为GGH换热元件波形较密,吹灰器吹灰压力、温度偏低是GGH频繁堵塞的主要原因,而烟气中灰分含量超标加速了堵塞。结合现场实际情况,提出了GGH换热元件换型、吹灰器改装蒸汽吹扫的处理方案,并进行了实施,使GGH频繁堵塞现象得到了解决,在节能降耗及提升系统综合效率方面取得了明显的效果。
To GGH limestone - gypsum wet desulphurization system in operation of congestion rate low desulfurization system was put into operation, has carried on the thorough analysis to the cause of the blockage, analysis the GGH heat exchanger components waveform is relatively dense, soot blower blowing pressure and low temperature is a major cause of GGH frequent clogging, and ash content in flue gas excess accelerated the jam. Combined with the actual situation, proposed the GGH heat exchanger components HuanXing, soot blower converted steam purging treatment scheme, and the implementation, make the GGH frequent clogging phenomenon is solved, the comprehensive energy consumption and improve the system efficiency obtained obvious effect.
