摘要
本文通过阐述降低高速线材轧钢成本的实践探索,对坯耗指标进行攻关实施,进一步提高岗位人员的操作技能水平、备件国产化改造,减少工艺设备故障的发生,提高生产作业率指标,降低高速线材轧钢成本钢坯消耗指标,为企业带来了较多的利润。
this article through the elaboration of lowering the cost of high speed wire rod rolling practice to explore, research implementation of billet consumption indexes and further improving post personnel operation skill levels, spare parts localization transformation, reducing the occurrence of the process equipment failure, improve the production operation efficiency, reduce cost of high speed wire rod rolling billet consumption indicators, brings more profits for the enterprise.
