摘要
目的:评价倍青口腔溃疡液对口腔溃疡的作用。方法:采用化学烧灼法建立兔口腔溃疡模型,观察对口腔溃疡愈合的作用;通过巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验模型和醋酸引起腹腔毛细血管通透性试验观察抗炎作用;采用小鼠扭体试验和热板法观察镇痛作用;采用临床常见病原菌进行倍青口腔溃疡液的体外抑菌试验。结果:倍青口腔溃疡液能促进家兔口腔溃疡愈合(P<0.05或0.01);缓解巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.01);显著抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性(P<0.01);显著降低醋酸引起小鼠扭体反应次数,提高痛阈(P<0.05);有效抑制体外病原菌。结论:倍青口腔溃疡液具有抗炎、镇痛、抑菌等作用,对口腔溃疡具有良好的治疗及改善作用。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of Beiqing oral ulcer liquids on oral ulcers. Method： The chemical burning method were used to establish the oral ulcer model in rabbits. The models of ear swelling induced by croton oil and capillary permeability in-duced by acetic acid were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect. Writhing test and hot plate method was used to analyze the anal- gesic effect. Inhibition tests of Beiqing oral ulcer liquids against clinical pathogenic bacteria were studied in vitro. Result： Beiqing oral ulcer liquids could accelerate the oral ulcer healing in rabbits （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） and decrease the auricle swelling in mice caused by croton oil （P 〈 0.01 ）. It could restrain the permeability of capillary vessels in mice notably （P 〈 0.01 ）, reduce twisting time in duced by acetic acid and promote the pain threshold in mice remarkably （ P 〈 0.05 ）. It could inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria in vitro effectively. Conclusion： Beiqing oral ulcer liquids show significant effect on oral ulcers through anti-inflammation, analgesia and bacteriostasis.
