摘要
研究了对于环境地质样品中痕量元素Br、Cl的XRF法分析方法,采用水系沉积物、土壤、岩石等标准物质做工作曲线,用仪器软件的数学模式校正样品的基体效应和元素间的谱线重叠效应。制样采用硼酸镶边垫底粉末压片法。测定结果表明,检出限、准确度和相对标准偏差(RSD%)均达到国家对环境地质样品分析的质量标准要求。
Analysis of trace bromide and chlorine in environmental geology samples by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was studied.The certified standard reference material of soil,rock samples and so on was chosen to draw calibration curve.The powder samples can be pressed into pellets as samples.The basic effect and overlap effect of element spectrum were corrected by the application software.The results show that the detection limit,RSD% and accuracy of the method can satisfy national standard requirements.
