摘要
当前基层党建研究领域中存在的范式困境主要表现在研究取向、研究内容、研究视野、研究作用等四方面的不足,其改进路径可从三方面探索:基层党建研究要关注对于重大关节点上的问题切入,研究路径应基于问题导向,其研究视角可以从广义的制度变迁路径、系统的组织创新与发展过程、组织运行的动力源问题等层次深入。
The paradigm dilemma of the party＇s construction on the grass-root level in current situation mainly manifests on research orientation, research content, research vision and research effect. And the way to improve such situation can be considered on three aspects： focusing on the significant issues about party＇s construction, taking the problem orientation as the foundation of research path, and taking the institution change, system innovation and development and organization operation motivation as the perspective of research vision.
