乳腺导管癌中微浸润癌细胞免疫病理学分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乳腺导管癌中微浸润癌细胞的免疫学性质和病理形态学特征。方法采用双重免疫组织化学染色的方法,对50例微浸润乳腺导管癌进行肿瘤侵袭、抑制凋亡等相关因子分别与SMA的双重染色,阐述微浸润癌细胞的免疫学及病理形态特征。结果微浸润癌细胞缺乏肿瘤侵袭相关指标MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达,也缺乏抑癌基因p16和抑制凋亡因子Bcl-2的表达,但它们却高表达原癌基因c-erb-B2。微浸润癌细胞大多呈浓缩、深染的卵圆形、不规则形或长梭形核,排列密集,呈锥形或舌形侵入基质。结论微浸润癌细胞的免疫学和病理形态学特征,提示这部分癌细胞为分化程度较低的原始或幼稚细胞,并具有较强的潜在增殖和浸润能力,为乳腺微浸润癌的早期诊断提供免疫学和形态学依据。
