摘要
针对我国煤矿煤岩体化学加固材料与技术所存在的问题,介绍了硅酸盐改性聚氨酯材料的反应机理,并研发了加固型硅酸盐改性聚氨酯材料和充填发泡型硅酸盐改性聚氨酯注浆材料。详细介绍了这2种研发材料的性能特点,并将其应用于现场实践中,实践证明研发的材料在处理煤矿井下巷道冒顶以及破碎煤岩体加固方面具有一定优越性,在一定程度上可以替代目前纯聚氨酯注浆材料,为现代化煤炭企业实现高产高效提供了技术支持。
The present research is aimed at problems in the chemical material and the technology of coal rock mass reinforcement in coal mines of China. The reaction mechanism of polyurethane grouting material modified by silicate is introduced, and the reinforcing polyurethane grouting material and foaming polyurethane grouting material both modified by silicate are developed. Details of their performance are presented. The materials have been applied to field practice, and are proved to be superior in the treatment of roadway roof collapse and the reinforcement of crushed coal and rock mass. It could be used to replace the current polyurethane grouting material, and provides technical support for the high yield and high efficiency of modem coal enterprises.
