摘要 电力系统经常发生各种短路故障、遭受雷电侵扰以及各种不当操作,此时都会产生暂态干扰电压,通过静电耦合、电磁耦合或直接传导等途径进入二次回路和继电保护装置,其峰值高达几百伏,甚至数十千伏,频率则在几百赫兹甚至几兆赫兹。如果不采取有效措施防御,极易造成继电保护及安全自动装置的误动或拒动,严重时会损坏二次回路的绝缘及保护装置的电子元器件,对电网安全构成严重危险,文中以同一变电站的两次事故,说明抗干扰措施的必要性和实施方法。 A variety of situations in power system such as short-circuit fault, lightning and improper operation occur frequently. They will produce transient interference voltage, which enters the secondary circuit and protection devices by electrostatic coupling, electromagnetic coupling or direct conduction pathways. Its interference voltage spikes up to sever- al hundred volts, or even tens of kilovolts, and the frequency ranges in hundreds of hertz or even trillions of hertz. With- out adopting effective measures to prevent, the relay protection and safety devices can easily cause erroneous movement or refusing to move. Even it can damage the insulation of secondary circuit and electronic components of protection de- vices. This is a serious risk to network security. This article discusses the necessity of anti-jamming measures. And it gives the anti-jamming measures by two incidents occur in the same substation.
