二战结束以来 ,世界各国大都很重视中小企业的发展 ,并从制度环境、金融财政、社会化服务体系等方面给予了大力支持 ,使其有了很大的发展 ,这对我们有很大的启发意义。
Many countries have attached importance to the development of middle and small sized enterprises since the end of WWII.They have given great support to these enterprises with institutional environment,financial aid and socialized service systems,etc.,and these enterprises have achieved great development.And we can gain a great deal of enlightenment from their experiences.
