摘要
目的：探讨宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术在诊治妇科疾病中的临床应用价值.方法：选取收治的应用单一腔镜治疗效果不好而具有宫、腹腔镜联合手术指征的患者共172例,行宫腹腔镜联合手术,分别实施诊断和治疗.结果：本组患者手术时间45～290 min,平均102.6 min.手术进行均比较顺利,术中血压、脉搏均平稳,手术中出血平均〈50 ml,患者均未出现较明显的并发症.其结果与术前诊断基本相符的150例（87.21%）,不符合或有新发现的22例（12.79%%）.172例患者155例术后体温完全正常,17例患者出现发热迹象,3 d内均恢复正常.结论：宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术对于妇科疾病诊治具有重要的临床价值,随着其不断完善将成为妇科临床上有效的诊治手段.
Objective To investigate the clinical application of surgical hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the treatment of gynecological diseases. Method We selected patients with a total of 172 cases in our hospital applyed a single endoscopic treatment is not good and has a palace, indications for laparoscopic surgery, palace laparoscopie surgery, namely the implementation of diagnosis and treat ment. Results The mean operative time of 45 -290 min, average 102. 6rain. Surgery are relatively smooth, intraoperative blood pressure, pulse are stable, bleeding hand average 〈 50 ml, appeared more pronounced in patients with no complications. The results are basically con sistent with the preoperative diagnosis of 50 eases （ 87.21% ）. Does not meet or newly discovered 22 cases （ 12.79% % ）. 72 patients 55 cases of postoperative hypothermia completely normal, 17 patients with fever sign, 3 d interior were restored to nor real. Conclusion hysteroseopy and laparoscopie surgery for the treatment of gynecological diseases has important clinical value, along with its continuous improvement ,it will become clinically effective diagnosis and treatment of gynecological instruments.
