摘要
根据双脊波动至矩形波动的不连续性,提出了一种新型的双脊谐振膜片,对其谐振特性进行了分析,并用这种双脊谐振膜片仿真设计了一款中心频率为6.70 GHz,相对带宽为20.9%,回波损耗为20 dB的6阶带通滤波器,由仿真所得滤波器的频率响应可知,其寄生通带出现在中心频率的2倍频处,具有较宽的阻带响应。
According to the discontinuities in rectangular waveguide and double-ridge waveguide, a novel double-ridged self-resonant iris is proposed and its characteristics are analyzed. Double-ridged self-resonant iris is applied in the design of a 6-order waveguide bandpass filter, which has a center frequency of 6. 70 GHz, with a rela- tive bandwidth of 20. 9% and a return loss up to 20 dB. The filter simulation result shows that its spurious passband appears at twice the center frequency.
