摘要
党的十八大再次论述"提高国家文化软实力",并要求发挥文化引领风尚、教育人民、服务社会、推动发展的作用,在全面建成小康社会中,兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮。只有全面提高国家文化软实力,才能牢固树立文化在国民经济和社会发展中的支柱性地位。
The 18th National Congress of the CPC discusses ＂to enhance the national cultural soft power＂ again. Meanwhile, it asks culture for playing a role of leading fashion, giving education to people, providing social service and promoting the development, which raises the new tide of building the socialist culture in establishing an all-around affluent societ）,. Only comprehensively improving national cultural soft power, we can entrench the pillar position of culture in the development of national economy and society.
