基于NK模型和BSC的上市商业银行绩效管理研究

摘要本文以我国16家上市商业银行为研究对象,将复杂自适应系统中的NK模型引入到银行绩效管理领域,构建银行绩效NK模型,并借助平衡计分卡(Balanced Score Card,BSC)的方法,开展实证研究,为我国商业银行绩效管理提出若干建议。
