摘要
目的探讨痰瘀同治法治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法分析我院冠心病患者60例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组(常规治疗组)30例和观察组(痰瘀同治法治疗组)30例,观察两组冠心病患者心电图疗效总有效率和临床治疗的总有效率情况。结果两组冠心病患者性别构成比例、年龄分布、病程均无明显差异(χ2=0.01,t=0.16,0.60,P>0.05)。观察组治疗冠心病患者心电图疗效总有效率和临床治疗的总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=3.08,26.37,P<0.05)。结论痰瘀同治法治疗冠心病的临床疗效明显,症状改善良好。
Objective To approach clinical result of curing coronary heart disease by phlegm and blooO stasls gran- ules. Methods Analyzed 60 cases clinical data of coronary heart disease patients ,which was to be divided into control group （conventional treatment group）30 cases and detection group（phlegm and blood stasis granules group）30 cases, Clinical observation of ECG in patients with coronary heart disease, the total efficiency of two groups and the clinical total effective rate. Results There were no significant difference between the two groups of patients with coronary heart disease of sex proportion, age distribution, disease, （XZ=0.01 ,t=0.16,0.60/9〉0.05）,The ECG total effective rate and the total effective clinical treatment of detection group were obviously and Symptoms improved obviously（x2=3.08,26.37, P〈0.05）,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of treating both phlegm and blood stasis in the treatment of coronary heart disease are obviously, symptoms are improved obviously.
