摘要
以钛酸四异丙酯 (1)、焦磷酸二异辛酯 (2 )为原料 ,合成三 (二异辛基焦磷酰氧基 )钛酸异丙酯。优化试验参数为 :原料(2 ) /(1) =3 4(摩尔比 ) ,反应温度 90℃ ,反应时间 2h ,产物收率达 87 9%。该钛酸酯偶联剂对碳酸钙表面进行处理 ,再用来填充聚乙烯 ,冲击强度可增加 2 0 %以上。
s The title compound was synthesized from tetraisopropyl titanate (1)and di-isooctyl pyrophosphate (2).The optimized experimental parameters were as follows:(2)/(1)=3.4 (mol ratio),reaction temperature 90℃,reaction time 2h.The yield of the product was 87.9%.Surface treatment of calcium carbonate was made by using of titanate coupling agent,and the treated calcium carbonate was then used as filler for PE,the impact resistance of the filled PE was increaesed by more than 20%.
