摘要
员工职业化是企业参与市场竞争的软实力,培训是实现职业化的最有效途径。本文从培训的视角,在马钢经理人职业化培训实践的基础上,对职业化培训路径、职业化培训体系及培训师队伍建设等相关问题,进行总结与探索。
According to the features of operator skills upgrading, the training mode for upgra- ding of skills by means of task oriented was explored by used example of hydraulic and lubrication op- eration improvement, training. The training programe background, problem - sloving, scheme - de- sign, implementation and assessment were discussed in this paper.
