摘要
大学生"心理断乳期"是学生德性养成、能力培养和人格重塑的关键时期。"心理断乳期"在大学生身心发展过程中具有特殊性,它是其心理发展的敏感期、自我意识的重塑期、思想观念的质变期、人际关系的危机期。为此,高校辅导员需要提高心理学素养、调整自身角色、工作体现思想性、创造和谐环境等,结合大学生"心理断乳期"的心理特点不断创新工作方法,实现四个转变,即转变管理模式,倡导人文关怀;转变育人方式,倡导个性化教育;转变单向灌输,实现双向互动;转变工作方式,重视心理疏导。
"Psychological weaning period" is the important period for the students" moral quality forming, ability trainng and personality reshaping. "Psychological weaning period", which is interpre- ted as the sensitive period of psychological development, the reshaping period of self-consciousness, the qualitative change period of ideology and the crisis period of interpersonal relationship, has certain specialty in the process of undergraduates" physical and mental development. So it is urgent for univer- sity instructors to improve their psychology quality, adjust their roles, embody ideological content while working, create a harmonious environment and so on. They need to innovate their working method continuously in accordance with the characteristics of psychological weaning period to realize four transformations, namely, transformation of management mode and advocating humanistic care, transformation of education mode and advocating personalized education, transformation of one-way infusion and realizing the bidirectional interaction, transformation of the working mode and paying at- tention to psychological counseling.
