摘要
目的探讨针刀配合臭氧治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法将111例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组53例,治疗组采用针刀配合臭氧治疗,对照组采用封闭治疗。结果治疗组的痊显率为82.8%,对照组的痊显率为49.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刀配合臭氧是一种治疗肱骨外上髁炎的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupotomology with ozone in treating humeral epicondylitis. Methods One hundred and eleven patients with humeral epicondy- litis were randomly allocated to a treatment group （58 cases） and a control group （53 cases）. The treatment group received acupotomology with ozone therapy and the t＇ontrol group with block therapy. Results The cure rates were 82.8% in the treatment group , and 49. 1% in the control group. There was statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Acu- potomology with ozone therapy is an effective way to treat humeral epicondylitis.
