摘要
30MnSi在拉拔刻槽过程中出现断裂现象,通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分、金相分析以及扫描电镜微区分析,得出:连铸坯皮下卷渣及局部增碳造成热轧母材表面结疤,在后期拉拔过程中以结疤缺陷为裂纹源产生断裂。
PC steel bar made from 30MnSi occurred breakup phenomenon during drawing and grooving process. By adopting a succession of macro appearance observation, chemical composition, metallurgical analysis and scanning e- lectron microscope microzone analysis, it was concluded that entrapped slag under the surface and local carburetion of continuous casting blank resulted in surface scar of hot rolled base material, further the scar defect was the crack origin to form fracture in later drawing process.
