汽轮机凝汽系统的真空严密性及其检漏方法

摘要 本文就汽轮机凝汽系统真空严密性的重要性介绍了系统漏入空气的来源,并从质和量的特性两个方面来评价系统真空严密性的优劣,提出了评定参考准则。同时阐述了在实际运行中凝汽系统漏气量的测量和检漏方法,推荐出应用卤素检漏仪进行检测的先透检漏方法。 According to the importance of vacuum tightness, the article describes the resource of air leakage systeln of steam turbine condensing system. From both the features of its quantity, and quality to evaluate the defects and advantages of vacuum tightness, a reference regulation for evaluation is submitted. The measurement of air leakage quantity and the method of leakage detection during operation are stated and the Halogen detection meters adopted as a method of detection are recommended as well.
