摘要
介绍了建筑施工项目管理的内容,分析了项目管理水平相对落后的原因,并针对工程项目管理存在的问题,提出了增强工程项目管理的措施,指出在管理中要建立完善的质量管理体系,以确保各个阶段的管理水平。
This paper introduced the contents of construction project management, analyzed the reasons of project management level relatively backward, and according to existing problems of project management, put forward the measures to enhance project management, pointed out that should establish and improve the quality management system in management process, so as to ensure the management level of each stage.
