摘要
针对传统随机Petri网建模方法不能描述制造系统时间参数测量中数据模糊性的缺点,提出利用具有模糊参数的随机Petri网,对柔性制造系统进行建模分析的系统性能评价方法。以DENFORD柔性制造系统为例,对其主要性能指标进行模糊参数评价,并将评价结果与普通随机Petri网的评价结果进行对比,结果表明,该方法可以更准确地评价制造系统的综合性能。
In accordance with the shortcoming of the Stochastic Petri Nets(SPN) that the fuzziness in the measuring process of time parameters in manufacturing systems cannot be described, the method of system performance evaluation using SPN with fuzzy parameters is proposed to model and analyze the Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS). The DENFORD FMS is set as an example and its main performance indexes are evaluated with fuzzy parameters. The evaluation results of which are also compared with those of the common SPN and the results show that this method can evaluate the comprehensive performance of manufacturing systems more precisely.
