瑞芬太尼应用于新生儿机械通气疗效差异性的Meta分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价瑞芬太尼治疗新生儿机械通气的疗效。方法通过检索近10年CochraneLibrary、Medline、Pubmed、WebofScience、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库,对纳入研究的方法学进行评价。研究者对纳入文献的质量进行严格评价和资料提取,使用Reviewmanager5.0软件对符合质量标准的随机对照试验(randomizedcontrolledtrial,RCT)行Meta分析。结果6个RCT共223例患儿纳入研究,其中治疗组(瑞芬太尼)111例,对照组(吗啡)112例,两组患儿均行机械通气等对症支持治疗。Meta分析结果表明,经治疗48h后治疗组新生儿疼痛评分明显降低、Ramsay镇静评分明显降低、心率明显下降;撤药自撤机时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义。结论瑞芬太尼可显著提升新生儿机械通气的疗效。
