The role of myocardial metabolism activating drugs in children with severe angiocardiopathy

摘要 心肌代谢赋活药物能增加心肌细胞能量供给并减少心肌能耗,起到营养心肌、保护心肌、优化能量代谢的作用,是治疗心肌炎、心肌病、严重心律失常、心力衰竭和心脏手术中的辅助用药,在心血管疾病急重症抢救治疗中起到了不可替代的作用。这类药物使用安全、不良反应小,在儿科已经得到广泛应用。 Myocardial metabolism activating drugs can increase the energy supply and decrease the en- ergy consumption of the myocardial cells,playing a role in the nourishment and protection of cardiac muscles and the optimization of the energy metabolism. It is the adjuvant drug in treatment of myocarditis, myocardio- sis, severe arrhythmia, acute or chronic heart failure and cardiosurgery, with an irreplaceable role in the salvage therapy of severe angiocardiopathy. Due to its safety and little side effects,it has been widely used in pediatrics.
