摘要
以V型高强化柴油机为对象,开展了考虑活塞移动载荷作用下的气缸套动态特性建模、分析与评估技术研究.基于所建立发动机柔性多体动力学模型,获得了更为精确的缸套侧向力变化曲线.利用移动载荷理论和有限元相结合的方法,计算得到了气缸套在移动载荷作用下的三维动态特性.在此基础上,探讨了气缸套外壁面响应加速度与穴蚀倾向之间的关联性,以此来指导气缸套的结构设计.结果表明,该方法可较准确地计算出缸套所受移动载荷激励,缸套外壁面的振动加速度响应幅值可较好地评价气缸套的穴蚀倾向.通过增大缸套结构厚度,可减小缸套外壁面振动加速度幅值,降低缸套穴蚀倾向,为高强化柴油机气缸套动态设计提供了重要依据.
Based on a V type highly intensified diesel engine, research on cylinder liner dynamic characteristic modeling, analysis and evaluation technology taking into the effects of moving loads were conducted. A flexible multi-body dynamics model of the engine was built and more accurate changing curve of the side thrust force on the cylinder liner was obtained. With the moving loads theory and finite element method, the three-dimensional dynamic characteristics of the cylinder liner under the effect of moving loads were calculated. Based on the research above, the correlation between the acceleration response of cylinder liner outside surface and cavitation tendency was studied to provide the guidance to the structural design of cylinder liner. The results demonstrate that this method can get more accurate results in the calcu- lation of the moving loads on cylinder liner. The vibration acceleration amplitude on cylinder liner outside surface is more suitable to evaluate the cylinder cavitation tendency. Increasing the thickness of cylinder liner can decrease the amplitude of cylinder liner vibration acceleration and the cavitation tendency. This provides the reference for the dynamic design of cylinder liner of the highly intensified diesel engine.
