摘要
开胸术后,胸腔闭式引流管是观察患者病情变化的一个动态窗口,它不仅可以起到排除胸腔内积气、积血、积液的作用,还能促进胸腔内恢复正常负压,促进肺复张。同时通过观察引流的性状和水柱波动的情况,发现某些异常的病情变化,协助医生正确诊断,及时处理,所以做好胸腔闭式引流管的护理至关重要。
