摘要
影子银行的发展根本性地改变了美国乃至全球的金融结构、市场机构。我国影子银行体系尚处于初级发展阶段,其层次结构、存在形态、核心功能都与外国影子银行存在较大差别。本文在厘清我国影子银行构成及其规模的基础上,实证研究了影子银行对经济的影响,并对我国对影子银行的监管政策提出了建议。
The development of ＂shadow banking＂ fundamentally changes fi-nancial structures and market institutions of the US and even the whole world. Due to China＇ s lagged overall financial development, China＇ s shadow banking system lags significantly behind foreign shadow banking systems, and there is much difference between China＇ s shadow banking and international shadow bank- ing in terms of the hierarchical structures, existing form and core functions. Previ- ous studies in this area are mostly normative studies on the economic influence of shadow banks. This paper, however, discusses the formation and evaluates the scale of shadow banking in China, and conducts an empirical study on the eco-nomic effect of shadow banking in China, and concludes by proposing sugges- tions for better regulating China＇ s shadow banking system.
