摘要
采用冷喷涂技术在超高强度钢表面制备纯铝涂层,采用扫描电镜对涂层进行微观分析,采用EDS对喷涂粉末及涂层成分进行分析,并对其硬度、腐蚀性等性能进行研究考核。研究结果表明,冷喷铝涂层微观为层状,涂层由纯铝构成,孔隙率小于1%,硬度明显高于铝块材料。中性盐雾试验结果表明,冷喷涂铝涂层可以对基体进行有效地保护,疲劳试验证明,冷喷涂铝层工艺对基体抗疲劳性能有所提高,同时喷涂工艺对基体氢脆性能无影响。
Pure aluminum coating on ultra-high-strength steel surface was prepared by using the cold spray technology. The microstructure and composition of coatingwere analyzed by using SEM and EDS. The hardness and corrosive performance were measured. The results indicate that the cold sprayed aluminum coating microstructure for lameUar coating is composed of pure aluminum, the porosity is less than 1%, the hardness of coating is significantly higher than the aluminum block of material. The neutral salt spray test results show that the cold sprayed aluminum coating has effective protection for matrix, the fatigue test results show that the fatigue resistance increases, while the spraying process has no effect on the hydrogen embrittlement of the base body.
