硫鸟嘌呤致肝窦阻塞综合征2例报告 被引量：2

摘要 例1,女性,7岁5个月。2009年7月在我院确诊为急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）,进行正规联合化疗,应用方案包括VTLD、CAT、HDMTX等,化疗第15天起持续白血病缓解状态。2009年12月患儿口服硫鸟嘌呤（6-TG）维持治疗,剂量为75 mg/（m2.d）,1周后因血常规示白细胞（WBC）水平较高,将6-TG剂量增加至100 mg/（m2.d）,5 d后患儿出现腹痛、腹胀、呕吐,否认不洁饮食,
