摘要
检察机关法律监督是社会管理创新的重要组成部分,对社会管理创新工作具有督促和推进作用。检察机关在社会管理创新系统中处于"后置"地位。全国各地检察机关展开的参与社会管理创新的实践探索,总体上取得了良好的效果,但还存在一些问题。建议从基本原则、路径和机制三个方面构建检察机关参与加强和创新社会管理的体系。
The legal supervision of the procuratorate is an important part of social management innovation, with the effect of urging and promoting the innovation. The procuratorate is in the ＂post-position＂ in the system of social management innovation, as it plays the role of afterwards supervision. The exploring practice of participation in social management innovation of procuratorates throughout the country has achieved overall good results, but some problems still exist. This article comes up with suggestions for procuratorates to participate in strengthening and innovating social management system from the three aspects of basic principles, routes and mechanisms.
