摘要
以二甲苯为萃取剂,利用萃取离心法对预处理后的废渣中润滑油清净剂进行回收,考察了废渣与溶剂不同质量比对废渣的洗涤次数以及对润滑油清净剂回收效果的影响。实验结果表明,从废湿渣中回收的润滑油清净剂产品回收率达98.0%～99.2%,产品性质稳定;对回收的润滑油清净剂与现场生产的润滑油清净剂进行理化性质及晶体粒径分析对比,回收的润滑油清净剂产品能够满足质量要求。
The recycling of lubricating oil detergent from pretreated waste residue with xylene as diluent is studied by extraction centrifugation method.The effect of different dilution ratios （quality ratio of residue to solvent） on the washing time and recycling effect is investigated in detail.The results show that the recovery of lubricating oil detergent with stable quality from waste residue can reach 98.0％-99.2％.The physicochemical properties and crystal grain size for the recycled and fresh lubricating oil detergent are compared.It is found that recycled lubricating oil detergent can meet the quality requirements.
