摘要
中小企业是国民经济发展的重要力量 ,对解决社会就业、促进市场经济的发展发挥着重要作用。我国西部地区落后于东部地区 ,其中很重要的原因就是忽视了中小企业的发展。因此 ,在新一轮西部大开发中 ,西部地区应提高认识 ,抓住机遇 ,从法制建设、政策扶持、技术创新、加强分工与合作、加速城市化等方面入手 ,采取有利措施 。
The medium and small sized enterprises are the main fore of the national economy. They play an important role in settling the social employment and developing market economy. The important reason of the Western Region falling behind the Eastern Region is that the importance of the development of the medium and small sized enterprises was neglected. Therefore, in the new exploitation of the Western Region we should enhance our political consciousness and grab the opportunity to promote the development of the medium and small sized enterprises greatly with the effective measures, such as the construction of law's system, the political supporting of goverement,the technological innovation, strengthening the division of labor and cooperation and speeding up the urbanization, and so on.
