摘要
目的:采用通信技术、光电检测技术、微机技术、计算机网络技术和关系数据库技术等物联网技术,结合普通病区日常护理的临床需求,设计一种基于物联网的病区智能监护系统。方法:通过设计低功耗的传感器,研制载波监听技术和防干扰技术、自动组网技术、多线程编程技术进行系统设计。结果:实现了无线采集体温、血压和脉搏3种关键参数的传输,以及汇聚和智能监护系统的建立。结论:该系统能满足病区日常生理参数的智能采集与全面汇聚。系统的使用给护士的护理工作提供了方便,给患者的日常治疗提供了可靠的安全保证,解决了临床上污染问题,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To design a IOT-based ward monitoring system,involving in ward requirements and IOT such as communication technology,photoelectric detection technology,microcomputer technology,computer network technology,relational database technology and etc.Methods Low-power-consumption sensor was designed,and the system design was performed with carrier monitoring technology,anti-interference technology,ad hoc network technology and multithreadprogramming technology.Results The wireless data acquisition,transmission and gathering for body temperature,blood pressure and pulse were realized,and the intelligent monitoring system was developed.Conclusion The intelligent ward monitoring system can be used for physiological parameters acquisition and gathering,and thus is worth popularizing clinically.
