摘要
采用农业气象、作物生理生态学方法,借助计算机技术,开发了农业气象情报服务系统,提供定量化的农业气象情报服务,建立了规范、定量的适应现代农业发展需要的业务、服务体系,为制订宏观计划、指挥生产、防灾减灾、气候资源分析和评价、新品种的引进、新的种植方式和技术方法的实施等提供技术支持,也为农业丰收、农业产业带的建设、农村经济发展、农民增收提供气象保障。
By using agricultural meteorology and crop physiology and ecology method,with the aid of computer technology,the agrometeorological information service system was developed,the standardization and quantification service system suitable for modern agriculture development was established,which can provide technique support for formulating macro program,commanding production,preventing and decreasing disaster,analyzing and evaluating meteorological resources,introducing new varieties,operating new planting mode and technique method,and provide meteorology guaranteeing for agriculture bumper harvest,agricultural industrial belt construction,rural economic development,farmers income increasing.
