摘要
为消除石油套管轧制和热处理后的纵向弯曲及圆度误差等,通常要采用矫直工艺。而作为石油套管制造最后生产环节的矫直工艺决定了石油套管的几何形状,同时也影响其力学性能。本文介绍了矫直设备,分析了矫直原理及各调整参数,并归纳了矫直常见的缺陷及调整方法。
The straightening process is generally used to eliminate the lengthwise curves and the roundness errors of oil casings after their rolling and heat treatment.The straightening process as the last procedure in the production of oil pipes will determine their geometrical sizes and influence their mechanical properties.This article introduces the straightening machine,analyzes straightening principle and the parameters of adjusting,moreover concludes the familiar straightening defect and the methods of adjusting.
