摘要
介绍了以ADC发泡剂氯化母液吸收氯乙酸副产氯化氢气体制取31%盐酸新工艺,包括喷射吸收、过滤、塔吸收和尾气处理等过程。该工艺及时回收可利用物料,节能减排,经济效益和社会效益显著。
This paper introduces a new process for comprehensive utilization of ADC morner liquor anu chloroacetic acid tail gas ,which includes four steps, namely spray absorption, filtration, absorption by tower and tail gas treatment,and finally produces 31% hydrochloric acid as product. This process can recover usable materials, cut down energy consumption and waste emission,and brings about remarkable economic and social benefit.
