摘要
介绍了无软片凹印制版电子雕刻机的工艺流程和系统结构,研究了无软片凹印制版电子雕刻机的工作原理,通过对网线数和网穴角度关系的推导,建立了雕刻机电机速度控制模型。研究了凹印电子雕刻机的雕刻工作原理,通过研究雕刻电流的直流分量和交流分量,建立了网穴形态和深度控制模型。并将控制模型应用于无软片电子雕刻实验平台,验证了该控制原理的合理性和有效性。
The process and system structure for no film-type gravure plate-making electronic engraving machine were introduced and its work principle was studied. The line number and angel of engraved cells were also studied to establish the speed control model. Then the shape depth control model for cells was found through the research of engrave current in AC component and DC component. Finally, these control models were applied to no film-type electronic engraving experimental platform. It is illustrated that the control models are reasonable and effective.
