摘要
目的：了解绵阳市大骨节病原老病区病情现状，为有针对性的对大骨节病实施综合防治提供依据。方法根据《四川省2006年大骨节病活跃病区病情调查实施方案》对平武县与江油市原老病区进行病情调查，并根据国家级标准（GB）读片，确诊病例，统计并分析临床阳性率及x线阳性率。结果两县老病区内仍有新发病人，综合防治工作仍需继续进行。
Objective To explore the distribution of Kasehin--Beck disease（KBD）and comprehensively evaluate the conlrol measures in Miauyang City. Methods According to implementation scheme Of Kaschin--Beck disease active condition in 2006 of Sichuan Province, survey the illness of Original old area of Pingwu and Jiangyou. Results Two counties still have new cases .
