摘要
1989年从哈尔滨市郊区罹病八字地老虎(Xestiac-nigrum)幼虫中分离获得八字地老虎核型多角体病毒(X<sub>c-n</sub>NPV),国内过去未见报道。多角体多为四方形、三角形或不规则形,大小约1.0~2.5μ。由镜下观察病毒粒子杆状,长230~260nm,宽20~30nm。超薄切片观察表明,该病毒为多粒包埋型,多为3~5粒为一束。对2龄八字地老虎幼虫毒力测定表明,8天内的 LC<sub>50</sub>(致死中浓度)为3.3×10<sup>5</sup>PIB/mL。以3.7×10<sup>7</sup>PIB/mL 浓度的病毒感染3龄末期幼虫所获病毒产量最高,可用于病毒增殖。
A strain of nuclear polyhedrosis virus(Xc-nNPV)was isolated from diseased larvae ofspotted cutworms in Harbin,China in 1989.Two different types of polyhedra wereobserved,one was tetragonal and the other was trigonal in shape.Polyhedra measured 1.0~2.5μ.Electron micrographs revealed that alkaline-liberated virions were rod-shaped andmeasured 230~260nm×20~30nm.Observation of ultra-thin sections showed thatXc-nNPV is a multi-embedded nuclear polyhedrosis virus(MNPV)with 3~5 nucleocapsidsenveloped with in each virus bundle.The LC_(50)of Xc-nNPV was 3.3×10~5PIB/mL when the 2nd instar larvae were tested.The highest yield was obtained when the 3rd instar larvae fed with a concentration of 3.7×10~7PIB/mL.
