摘要
论述一种低成本、高效节能环保单相塑封异步电机,即定子不等齿宽冲片铁心的优化设计及有限元分析。基于Magnet有限元软件,分析出原方案中定子磁场旋转一周,每极定子绕组相邻定子齿磁通密度周期性出现极度饱和现象。设计了定子不等齿宽的新型冲片结构,利用Magnet软件对新结构方案进行分析,导出分析感兴趣的曲线数据。分析数据表明,电机磁通密度分布趋于合理,电机各项性能指标符合预期。制作了样机进行试验对比,试验数据与分析结果吻合较好,验证了分析的正确性,即定子不等齿冲片铁心在不增加原材料的情况下,输出功率有效提升。
A kind of low-cost, high efficiency and environmental protection single-phase asynchronous motor was discussed. Optimization design of the unequal tooth iron-core stator and finite element analysis were proposed. As rotor magnetic field was within one revolution, the extreme saturation phenomenon of adjacent stator teeth for each pole stator winding appeared periodically. In response to this phenomenon , the new punching structures ranging from tooth width were designed. Magnet software again to analyze the new structure, and the interested curve data were exported. This analysis data indicate the motor magnetic circuit flux density distribution tends to be reasonable. The analysis resuhs were in good agreement with experimental data. Without increasing the raw material, the stator unequal gear iron core also could improve the output power effectively.
